We're taking this opportunity to celebrate all things plumbing. Well, actually, indoor plumbing to be more specific. Plumbing can often be forgotten about as sometimes it's out of sight, out of mind. But my goodness, plumbing has come a long way. Today is the perfect day to take stock of all the benefits plumbing has given us and what we sometimes take for granted.
Our TOP 3 Reasons To Love Plumbing
1. Toilets. Yep, this is number one. Or number two? Whichever you like... but number 1 for us today on our list.
We're lucky that gone are the days of throwing it out onto the streets or running to the outhouse.
We love toilets indoors. The convenience and hygiene. The debate about how to hang the toilet roll, up or down? The sanctuary for those with a book. Indoor toilets all the way.
2. Hot Water. Hallelujah.
Hot water has significantly improved the quality of our life, let's be honest. It's given us hot steaming baths and taken out the whole, boil your water before you wash thing.

3. Running Water.
Turn the tap and it's there. Almost seems like magic. But it's not. Lots of engineering, plumbing work and strategic planning have gone into it and we're grateful for big thinkers who challenge the normal. Not to mention that we're so happy to bypass carrying buckets of water home.
