I was in need of a local plumber willing to check out a 30 year old mini HWS that has never given any trouble until recently when it became clear that either the thermostat or a pressure relief valve had finally failed. After a few attempts over the long weekend that got me nowhere, I tried Network Plumbing and have nothing but compliments on the way they attended to things in double quick time. The person who took my call knew what she had to do and the plumber arrived well within the advised time period, called me ahead of time and was totally professional and polite. Jordan was quick to confirm what the fault was; he had the replacement part and was able to repair the leaking valve within 20 minutes, before checking out another small plumbing issue and advising the best way to remedy that. I would have their qualified plumber Jordan back here at any time and I was more than impressed with Network’s whole operation.

I had a service appointment for my ducted ac system and the tech guy was amazing. Had problems.with my older system and everyone else I called wanted to just sell me their new system.which meant 10k for a new system. Network plumbing suggested I get a thorough check of my system and I could save the current system with out spending 10k. It turned out to be a minor problem and was solved by spending $330. Highly recommend these guys if you are having issues with your AC system.

Lachlan was very helpful today for our scheduled split system service. Lachlan was very insightful and provided tips on how to care for our unit and we had a lovely chat. Lachlan was able to squeeze me in on a busy day and managed to get the work done in a quickly manner. Will definitely be coming back.

This Company is Rockin, Great phone support from Kristy, Mathew came over, gave me some Quotes for a New Water Heater, Taps and Leaking Toilet, I thought I'd have a few more days of cold showers, Mathew said we'll do it all today which blew me away. Phillip, Shaun and Tom excavated through a concrete pot terrace to install twin sewerage access points and insert a two-metre long epoxy sleeve to fix tree root entry. We were apprehensive about the impact the work would have on our established rockery, but the guys did a great job and left the site spotless. They even washed the decorative stones from around the pots, before re-laying them.
