Trent arrived on time and after digging around where my wet patch in the back garden was, he was able to locate the specific area, but not the leak itself and is returning on Monday with the leak detector to finalise the repair.

Had a great experience with Network Plumbing. Liam, Billy K., and Chase were very professional from start to finish. They removed the balcony tiles and waterproofing effectively and took extra care to make sure no debris ended up in the pool. They also did an excellent job cleaning up afterward, including the sliding window screen and the wooden fence around the balcony. Their attention to detail and care for our home was well noticed and appreciated. I would happily recommend Network services.

Sarkis was the air conditioning technician who arrived at my place to carry out a routine service. It had been a while since my last one & my ducted system is 15 years old. Sarkis was polite, friendly, respectful, efficient, & explained everything as he carried out his checks. I was in need of a local plumber willing to check out a 30 year old mini HWS that has never given any trouble until recently when it became clear that either the thermostat or a pressure relief valve had finally failed. After a few attempts over the long weekend that got me nowhere, I tried Network Plumbing and have nothing but compliments on the way they attended to things in double quick time. The person who took my call knew what she had to do and the plumber arrived well within the advised time period, called me ahead of time and was totally professional and polite. Jordan was quick to confirm what the fault was; he had the replacement part and was able to repair the leaking valve within 20 minutes, before checking out another small plumbing issue and advising the best way to remedy that. I would have their qualified plumber Jordan back here at any time and I was more than impressed with Network’s whole operation.

Mat and Joey were efficient and lovely to work with. And from the get-go Ryan was helpful and communicative to get the job locked in and permits sorted. Would highly recommend!
