My family home had some drainage issues where some weird gurgling sounds would threaten to bubble out through the drain when we flushed a toilet, took a shower or used the sink in the bathroom. We thought it was a blockage and bought a plunger to dislodge whatever was blocking the drain. Didn't work, google lied to us. One night, when my sister took a shower the drain decided to surprise the family with an indoor swimming pool where the water pooled out from the laundry and bathroom drains filling up both floors and out to our hallway, yay! Since it's closer to winter and not ideal conditions for swimming, we had to return this surprise gift and mopped up the water. We called Network Plumbing, Terry Hills because of their good reviews and they sent 4 of their best: Joey, Shaun, Luke and Jordan. They stuck a camera through the pipes, took pictures and diagnosed the problem with ease. Turns out the tree outfront was thirsty and wanted to steal some water from us by puncturing 2 of our pipes. The 4 did a brilliant repair job, and were quick and efficient with great senses of humour. They do a final inspection this coming Monday, but for now there is no more gurgling and everything is working as they should! Huge thanks to Joey, Shaun, Luke and Jordan!

Brad was lovely in his manner, and kept us informed of what was needed to be done/fixed along with pricing before starting the work. A very comfortable person to have in our house and the job was completed the same day. Will definitely call this business again and recommend the services

Kieran and Aidan were very efficient and tidy workers, Kieran even took his work boots off before entering the bedroom ensuite. They double checked everything before they left and we were very happy with the switchboard upgrade.

Shaun and Phillip arrived right on time. Worked in the rain over several hours to repair my damaged sewer pipes. 2 very nice fellows, polite and friendly. Phillip kept me updated with what they were doing throughout the morning. I am always impressed by the work and reliability of the staff of Network Plumbing who I have been using for many years. Phillip and Shaun were a pleasure to deal with and assured me that I would have no further problems with my pipes.

Nathan was excellent. All plumbing work carried out was first class.Nathan explained our options clearly and was not pushy in any way. I will be using them again in future.

You only know your heating plumber is good when it all goes to custard. Every time I have had to call for emergency support, I am greeted courteously, fast and get a visit the next day. That is a level of reliability you want . Thank you

Technician Ryan came in for inspecting my hot water system in 30 mins after my calling. He closely check the system and gave me a very transparent quotes for different plans. I haven’t decided which plan to go with due to my budget limitations, but just want to give Ryan and his company an excellent reviews on the service they offer.
